MSTC Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 26th March, 2025 has declared 3rd Interim Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.

The Board has also fixed ind April, 2025 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of such Interim Dividend. The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched within 30 days from the date of its declaration.

Shares of Mstc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 518.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 531.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39149 in over 1662 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 539.00 and intraday low of 515.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20505196.00.
