S H Kelkar and Company Ltd completes acquisition of 62% in Holland Aromatics B.V.

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd had earlier announced the acquisition of equity stake of Holland Aromatics B.V. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary - Keva Europe B.V. - has completed the acquisition of 62% equity stake in Holland Aromatics B.V. on Jan 25, 2022.

The remaining stake shall be acquired in two tranches in a span of two years, consideration for which would be linked to the performance of Holland Aromatics B.V.

Shares of S H Kelkar and Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 158.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32427 in over 1215 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 160.60 and intraday low of 148.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5042494.00.
