Arunis Abode Limited enters into MoU for redevelopment project

Arunis Abode Limited has entered into Memorandum of Understanding on 21st January, 2022 with Shree Dwarka Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, a Society registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, bearing Registration No. W-S-W/HSG/TC 3875 dated 22nd June, 1989 and members of the said society to re-develop the property of the society by demolishing the existing building structure which is capable of being re-developed by utilizing existing F.S.I including T.D.R, Fungible F.S.I, road width F.S.l upto 2.97 and road setback F.S.l and any other F.S.I available under the prevailing rules and regulations. The Company has submitted final offer for re-development vide letter dated 2nd August, 2021.

The members of the society present in the General Body Meeting held on 21st January, 2022 unanimously appointed the Company as Developers to re-develop the property of the Society.

Shares of Arunis Abode Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57 in over 6 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.40 and intraday low of 26.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1560.00.
