The Banking & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of HT Media Ltd ('the Committee') today, i.e., Friday, 31st December, 2021 has allotted 960 nos. of Senior, Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lac only) each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 96,00,00,000 (Rupees Ninety-Six Crore only), through private placement basis.
