W S Industries India Ltd to issue OFCD to Vidagara Tech Park Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of W S Industries India Ltd at its meeting held on 30th December 2021 to review the operations of the Company and general corporate matters, have taken note of execution of Debenture Subscription Agreement for issuance of Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCD) in one or more tranches by the subsidiary M/s. Vidagara Tech Park Private Limited.
