The Board of Directors of Confidence Futuristic Energetech Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 29th December, 2021 has, approved allotment of 1,05,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share on preferential basis, to promoter/promoter group and others (i.e. persons/entities not forming part of the promoter and promoter group)
