Uniflex Cables to consider allotment of 32 Lakh shares

Uniflex Cables Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2008, inter alia, to consider and allotment of 32 Lacs Equity Shares of Rs 10/- Fully Paid against conversion of equal no. of Equity Warrants of Rs 25/- each issued earlier in November, 2006 including premium of Rs 15/- each per share.
