Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd enters into JV agreement with Kalintis Healthcare Pvt Ltd

Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd has executed today, a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Kalintis Healthcare Private Limited. For the said purpose the Company has acquired 50% stake in Joint Venture Company namely Kalichem Private Limited.

Shares of Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 116.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22500 in over 28 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 121.00 and intraday low of 111.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2609362.00.
