Zomato Limited completes acquisition of 7.89% stake in Shiprocket

Zomato Limited had earlier announced regarding proposed acquisition of 7.89% of the share capital of Bigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited ("Shiprocket"). The Company has completed the aforesaid acquisition in Shiprocket today on December 17, 2021.

Shares of Zomato Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 135.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 138.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2236438 in over 26223 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.80 and intraday low of 132.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 305929798.00.
