The Indian Hotels Company Ltd allots 13,21,31,257 Equity Shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the finalisation of the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue, in consultation with the designated stock exchange, BSE Limited, the Committee, at its meeting held today, i.e., December 15, 2021, considered and approved the allotment of 13,21,31,257 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 150/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 149/- per Equity Share) ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 118,92,58,445 to Rs. 132,13,89, 702.

Shares of The Indian Hotels Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 199.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 198.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332428 in over 2792 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 203.50 and intraday low of 196.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 66372944.00.
