EKI Energy Services Ltd forms subsidiary in Dubai Free Zone

With the view of expand its presence in the global carbon market and grab the business opportunity in overseas countries, EKI Energy Services Ltd has incorporated an offshore wholly owned subsidiary company named as "Enking International FZCO ('The Company')" in Dubai free zone (IFAZA)on December 12, 2021.

The subsidiary will carry on business in line of Climate change, sustainability and supply of offset. The subsidiary will help in opening up access to new markets for products and services, expanding Brand Recognition and enable global expansion.

Shares of EKI Energy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5451.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5705.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5150 in over 74 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5850.00 and intraday low of 5420.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28441317.00.
