MosChip Technologies Limited allots 3,87,034 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of MosChip Technologies Limited through Circular Resolution has approved the allotment of 3,87,034 (Three Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Thirty Four only) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- to the employees who have exercised their vested stock options under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

Consequent to the above allotment the total number of equity shares of the Company has increased from 158,888,505 to 159,275,538 shares.

Shares of Moschip Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 182967 in over 935 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.70 and intraday low of 47.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8907581.00.
