Indo Us Bio Tech Limited allots 12,13,598 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Indo Us Bio Tech Limited at their Meeting held on today i.e., 7th December, 2021 at 12:30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company, has allotted 12,13,598 (Twelve Lakhs Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Eight) bonus equity shares of face Value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, to the equity shareholder entitled thereto as on 30th November, 2021, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
