Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd approves debt issue for Rs. 450 crore

At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited held on December 01, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the proposal of offer and issue of Debt security in the form of Non-Convertible Debentures, of the aggregate nominal value upto Rs. 450 Crore, by way of private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

Shares of Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 74.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3286 in over 150 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 75.80 and intraday low of 72.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 245044.00.
