Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited receives LOA for project worth Rs. 5.04 crore

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has received the Letter of Award ('LOA') for Services as the Independent Engineer for Supervision of Development of Six lane access control of Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor Under Bharatmala Pariyojana from Design Chainage Km 421+100 Korlam to Design Chainage 464+662 Sabbavaram in the State of Andhra Pradesh on HAM Mode (Package - II) from the office of General Manager (Tech), Bharatmala, National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi ("the Authority") having reference No. NHAI/BM/Raipur - Visakhapatnam /AP/IE/Pkg-II/2051/1957 dated November 29, 2021 as received on November 29, 2021 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited & in association with Global Infra Solutions & in association with Kaius Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Fees towards the Independent Engineer's Services for the said Project will be Rs. 5,04,00,000/- excluding taxes (Rupees Five Crores Four Lacs Only). The Contract period will be 48 (Forty Eight) months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee / Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 74.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35610 in over 479 trades.
