Xpro India Ltd to consider fund raising on Dec 2, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Xpro India Ltd will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 through Video Conferencing to, consider raising of funds by way of issue of one or more instruments including equity shares, convertible securities of any description or warrants or debt securities, through preferential issue, private placements, rights issue or any other method or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board, if required, would also consider conducting an extraordinary general meeting / postal ballot process to seek required approval of the shareholders.
