Nazara Technologies Ltd completes acquisition of 100% in OpenPlay

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement dated August 27, 2021 executed amongst the Company, OpenPlay Technologies Private Limited (OpenPlay), Unnati Management Consultants LLP and Sreeram Reddy Vanga ('Sellers') (Acquisition Agreement), the Company, on November 24, 2021, has acquired 7,670 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of OpenPlay Technologies and has paid the consideration by way of issue and allotment of 6,48,125 equity shares of Rs 4/- each of the Company to Unnati Management Consultants LLP.

With this, the acquisition of equity shares of OpenPlay as per the Acquisition Agreement is completed and the Company now holds 100% of the issued and paid up share capital of OpenPlay.

Accordingly, OpenPlay has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. November 24, 2021.

Shares of Nazara Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2374.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2262.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17506 in over 3311 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2375.25 and intraday low of 2175.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41286303.00.
