AGC Networks Limited is now Black Box Ltd

The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has approved the change in name of the Company from 'AGC Networks Limited' to 'Black Box Limited' with effect from November 24, 2021 by virtue of 'Certificate of incorporation pursuant to name change' issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on November 24, 2021.

Shares of AGC Networks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 864.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 865.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 290 in over 32 trades.
