Power Finance Corporation Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held on 11th November, 2021 have approved the declaration of Second interim dividend @ Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and paisa fifty only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2021-22.

Thursday, 25th November, 2021 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Second Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22.

The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be on or before 10th December, 2021.

Shares of Power Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 347097 in over 2920 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.75 and intraday low of 136.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48116264.00.
