Rama Phosphates Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of directors of Rama Phosphates Ltd at its meeting held today have approved the payment of interim dividend of Rupees 1.20/- per Equity Share (12% on the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2021-2022. Further, the interim dividend will be paid on or after December 02, 2021 to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
