Precision Wires India Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend & approves Sub-division of Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Precision Wires India Ltd at its meeting held on November 03, 2021, has considered, discussed and approved the Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 has been @35% i.e. Rs. 1.75 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board approved sub-division of Company's One (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each into Five (5) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each and sub-division of Unissued Equity Shares of Rs.10 each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Face Value of Rs.1 each.

The stock split proposal is subject to the shareholders and other approvals as may be required.
