Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited's stake reduces in Signal Analytics Pvt Ltd

Signal Analytics Private Limited (SAPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited had issued and allotted 87,498 0.01% Pre Series A Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs.1 each at premium of Rs.599/- per share to new investors by way of preferential allotment on October 30, 2021, thereby shareholding of the company has been diluted from 100% to 91.95% on fully diluted basis and accordingly status of SAPL has changed from Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Subsidiary of the Company.
