ASM Technologies Ltd board board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Ltd at their meeting held on 30th October 2021 has declared a 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, for the year 2021-2022.

November 15, 2021, has been fixed as the record date. The Dividend will be paid on or before 29th November, 2021.
