REC Ltd Board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of REC Limited in its meeting held on October 29, 2021 declared 2nd interim dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and fifty paise only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date for the said interim dividend is Friday, November 12, 2021 and the said interim dividend shall be paid/dispatched on Thursday, November 25, 2021 to those shareholders whose names appear (a) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on Friday, November 12, 2021 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (b) as members in the register of members on Friday, November 12, 2021 in respect of physical shares.

Shares of REC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 208563 in over 1542 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.95 and intraday low of 147.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31117439.00.
