Allsec Technologies Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 45

The Board of Directors of Allsec Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. October 28, 2021 have, considered and declared an Interim Dividend at Rs. 45/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend will be on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders whose names appear on the register of members or in the record of the depository as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record Date within 30 days from the date of declaration as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, through electronic mode or by dividend warrants.
