Misquita Engineering Ltd has entered into a long term Lease agreement for nine years with Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited for lease of Office space belonging to the Company in the Commercial hub of Patto, Panjim, Goa. The office was recently completed and possession handed over to the Company.

This agreement will assure a Total Rental Income of Rs 93,75,768/- for the nine year lease period, with an average annual income of Rs 10,41,752/- for your Company.
