Triveni Turbine Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend & Special Dividend

The Board of Directors of Triveni Turbine Ltd at its meeting held on October 26, 2021, has declared payment of Interim dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share and a Special dividend of Re 0.60 per equity shares of Re 1/- each i.e. 100% of the face value.

The Dividend shall be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) on November 25, 2021 to equity shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Triveni Turbine Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 169.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41019 in over 1475 trades.
