T T Limited gets Rs. 65.11 crore for sale of assets

T T Limited had announced sale of Company's Spinning Mill Assets located at Rajula, Gujarat to M/s Agritex Enterprises LLP, Surendra Nagar, Gujarat - 363001.

The company has now received full and final payment of Rs.65.11 Crores from M/s Agritex Enterprises LLP. The company stopped production and handed over Spinning Mill Assets on 25% October, 2021 to M/s Agritex Enterprises LLP, Surendra Nagar, Gujarat - 363001.

Shares of T T Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 84.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1715 in over 187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 86.80 and intraday low of 83.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 144893.00.
