Asian Granito India Ltd allots rights shares

Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment for the Issue, approved by designated stock exchange, i.e., National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Board of Directors of Asian Granito India Ltd through circular resolution, has on October 16, 2021, considered and approved the allotment of 2,24,64,188 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 100/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 90/- per Equity Share). ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 34,28,74,460.00 to Rs. 56,75,16,340.00.

Shares of Asian Granito India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42461 in over 1614 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159.00 and intraday low of 148.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6529855.00.
