Mr. Ramesh Iyer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has resigned from the company to pursue opportunities outside the company and will be relieved from his duties as a CFO with effect from close of business hours on October 16, 2021. The company places on record its deep appreciation for the significant contributions made by Mr. Ramesh Iyer and wish him the very best for all his future endeavors.
