Muthoot Capital Services Limited announces resignation of K M Abraham

Mr. Kandathil Mathew Abraham (DIN: 05178826), has resigned from the position of the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company vide his letter dated October 10, 2021, and requested that the resignation was effective from the close of working hours of October 11, 2021.

His resignation was on account of personal reason and other professional commitments as stated by him in his resignation letter. He has further confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those stated in the resignation letter.

The Board has taken note of the resignation of Mr. K.M. Abraham vide Circular Resolution dated October 12, 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 408.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 716 in over 128 trades.
