Praxis Home Retail Ltd allots 4,35,99,433 Rights Equity Shares

Pursuant to the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Committee of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., October 12, 2021, approved the allotment of 4,35,99,433 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5 each at a price of Rs. 11.35 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs. 6.35 per Rights Equity Share.

Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall be 7,53,13,330 equity shares (Rs. 37,65,66,650).

Shares of Praxis Home Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 45.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65918 in over 155 trades.
