DCW Limited announces resignation of Shri Mudit Jain as MD

Shri Mudit Jain (DIN: 00647298), Managing Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of DCW Limited due to personal reasons and to pursue other interests and the Board has accordingly considered and accepted the same in its Meeting held on today i.e. October 8, 2021. Mr. Mudit Jain will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of October 8, 2021.

The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the remarkable contribution made by Mr. Mudit Jain during his tenure with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.

Shares of DCW Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 55.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1576431 in over 9402 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.30 and intraday low of 54.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 89743172.00.
