Todays Writing to issue 25 Lakh warrants at Rs 80

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, has approved to issue of 25,00,000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each on preferential basis out of which 5,00,000 warrants to Promoters and 20,00,000 to Non Promoters, at an effective price of Rs 80/- per warrant, which may be converted at a later date into one equity share of Rs 10 for each Warrant.

To convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on May 26, 2008, inter alia, to obtain the approval of the shareholders for issuance of 25,00,000 Warrants on Preferential basis.
