Fortune Informatics to issue 250000 shares at Rs.60

Fortune Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Notice of Extra-ordinary General Meeting to be held on November 15, 2006 for Issue of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each on preferential basis to M/s. Tamak Trading Est. at the rate of Rs 60/- per equity share (including a Premium of Rs 50/- per equity share) and 5,00,000 Equity Share Warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 70/- per share (including a premium of Rs 60/- per equity share) to:

1. Mrs. Uma Maheshwari : 2,00,000 No. of Equity Warrants (convertible into Equity shares) proposed to be allotted

2. Mr. Tikam Sujan : 2,00,000 No. of Equity Warrants (convertible into Equity Shares) proposed to be allotted

3. Mr. Vivek Bhargava : 1,00,000 No. of Equity Warrants (convertible into Equity Shares) proposed to be allotted.
