Ankur Drugs to consider allotment of 50 Lakh shares

Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2008, inter alia, to discuss the allotment of 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- in pursuance to the scheme of amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay as on December 14, 2007.
