Glory Polyfilms to allot 16 Lakh warrants

Glory Polyfilms Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2008, inter alia, to issue and allot 16,00,000 Warrants convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a convertible price of Rs 108/- each on a preferential basis to promoters and others.
