United Phosphorus allots 6087100 equity shares

United Phosphorus Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 60,87,100 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 340 per share against exercise of right to subscribe for equity shares attached to the Warrants issued on preferential basis, to Demuric Holdings Pvt Ltd, a Company belonging to the Promoter group of the Company.

The above referred Warrants were issued on October 25, 2007 pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on October 11, 2007.
