Sunteck Realty approves conversion of warrants

Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has approved the conversion of 21,00,000 Convertible Warrants into equity shares on receipt of the request from the warrant holders for Conversion, and thereby the Committee resolved to Allot Equity shares against warrant as per the terms of Convertible Warrants.
