Sybly Industries allots 5 Lakh shares on preferential basis

Sybly Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each by converting 5,00,000 Warrants, allotted earlier, to the promoters / promoters group on preferential basis.
