Nakoda Textile allots 780000 equity shares

Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2008, has allotted 7,80,000 equity shares of the Company of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share upon conversion of 2,60,000 Fully Convertible Debentures to the promoters of the Company.
