Balasore Alloys to allot 65 Lakh Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants

Balasore Alloys Ltd has announced that the Committee for Preferential Issue of Warrants of Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 15, 2008, has resolved to allot 65,00,000 (Sixty five lac) Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants to the Promoters on Preferential basis which shall entitle the Warrant holders to equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 5/- each of the Company at a Price of Rs 70/- per share.

The allottees include Kartik Credit Pvt Ltd : 3250000 Number of ZCCWs allotted and Denro Holdings Pvt Ltd : 3250000 Number of ZCCWs allotted.
