Ajcon Global allots shares, warrants

Ajcon Global Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2008, has allotted 3,15,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 65/- per share and 6,75,000/- Equity Warrants of Rs 85/- each to be converted into one Equity Share of Rs 85/- (including premium of Rs 75/-) per share to the persons in terms of special Resolution passed by the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 20, 2008.
