Jayant Agro allots 600000 equity shares to Itoh Oil Chemicals Co Ltd

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company on February 11, 2008, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 105/- each i.e. (F.V. Rs 5/- + Rs 100/- premium) to Itoh Oil Chemicals Co. Ltd., Japan on a preferential basis.
