Shrenuj & Company to convert FCCBs

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the Company has received a conversion notice on February 07, 2008 from the Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, custodian of HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA, a Foreign Currency Convertible Bondholder (FCCB) for conversion of 5500 Bonds of USD 1000 each amounting to USD 5.5 Million into 49,07,518 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 50/- per share.

Further the Company has informed that the resolution for issue and allotment of abovesaid shares will be passed by the Board through circulation.
