BSEL Infrastructure allots 182482 GDRs

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has announced that the GDR Committee of the Company, pursuant to Lead Managers exercising the over allotment option, has allotted 182,482 Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) issue and handed over the Share Certificate to the Custodian i.e., ICICI Bank Ltd on February 05, 2008 amounting to US$ 3.00 Million approximately, thereby closed the issue.

The Details are as under:

Total number of shares underlying GDRs 1,824,820 Equity Shares.
Total number of GDRs issued for the above Equity Shares 182,482.
