Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd allots 137912 shares

The Finance Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on June 19, 2019 has approved an allotment of 1,37,912 equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the following 'Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited - Employees' Stock Option Schemes ('ESOP Schemes') of the Company:

ESOP Scheme V - 14,400
ESOP Scheme VI - 56,932
ESOP Scheme VII - 66,580

The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of MOTILAL OSWAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.682.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 666.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4610 in over 281 trades.
