Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to raise Rs 160 Crores through QIP

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2008, has unanimously approved QIP preliminary placement documents. For raising the Equity Capital upto Rs 160 Crores by way of QIP.
