Anil Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, inter alia, has decided to raise funds through GDR / FCCBs / Rights Issue / Qualified Institutions Placement for the purpose of setting up a new facility & real estate development business.
