Vista Pharmaceuticals to issue 4308000 warrants

Vista Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008, inter alia, has decided to offer and issue 4308000 warrants to the Promoters and others at an issue price of Rs 13.60 each.

To convene an EGM on February 23, 2008.
